2. Services Description

EMS Drone provides a platform for configuring and sourcing UAV components, subsystems and complete aircraft, along with related engineering consultation, tuning and testing support. All information on this website is for informational and inquiry purposes. Any commercial transaction is governed by a separate agreement executed between the parties.

3. RFQ and Engineering Inquiries

Submitting an RFQ or engineering inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding contract. We will review your submission and respond with a preliminary assessment or request for additional information. Any quotation, pricing indication or lead time provided is non-binding until confirmed in a formal purchase agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, images, design tokens, system architecture diagrams and component descriptions — is the property of EMS Drone or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information in RFQ forms, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper operation of the website.
